Suggested Uses: For pulled pork, generously cover the entire butt or shoulder and pat into the meat. Allow the rub to sweat then cook as you desire. For moren flavor, we suggest additional rub during the shredding process. For ribs, cover both sides and all edges with an even coating of rub and pat into the meat.
